Strategy Profile
LPP360 offers a 360° feedback tool for Executive Level 1 and 2 officers, which provides a model for understanding Strategic Intelligence.
The Strategic Intelligence Profile (SIP) is based on the Strategic Intelligence Capability Framework (SICF), which itself is designed to relate closely to the Integrated Leadership System (ILS).
The key elements of the SIP reports are:
- Summary bar chart showing how you rate yourself against how others rated you on the five capability criteria and what the database norms are.
- Importance results show how both you and your supervisor rate the importance of work under each of the five criteria and fifteen capabilities within the framework.
- Detailed combined importance and behavioural results review all individual question ratings and suggest options for improvement.
- Qualitative comments provided by yourself, your supervisor and others cover achievements, areas for development and development needs and can be invaluable in helping you understand and follow up on the report's results generally.
