360° Feedback Tools
LPP360 offers five 360° leadership profiles designed to provide practical information on leadership behaviours at different levels of the APS and in differing areas of competency. The profiles were developed in partnership with Auckland-based Team Leadership Services (TLS) and have been widely used across the APS, including being piloted on residential leadership programs run by the Centre for Public Management (CPM).

There are five 360° feedback profiles available for use by consultants, departments and agencies:

Senior Leadership Profile (SLP)
Senior Executive Service (SES) - built around the Senior Executive Leadership Capability Framework (SELCF) as modified in the Integrated Leadership System (ILS). -
Executive Leadership Profile (ELP)
Executive Level 1 & 2 Officers - built around the EL1 & 2 capability levels of the Integrated Leadership System (ILS) -
Team Leadership Profile (TLP)
APS 4-6 Officers - built around the APS6 capability level of the Integrated Leadership System (ILS). -
Emotional and Social Intelligence Profile (ESIP)
Executive Level 1 & 2 Officers and others – built around LPP360's Emotional and Social Intelligence Capability Framework (ESICF)

Strategic Intelligence Profile (SIP)
Executive Level 1 & 2 Officers and others - built around LPP360's Strategic Intelligence Capability Framework (SICF).
Because ELP, SLP and TLP are three closely related 'look-alike' instruments they can be used together in workshops which provide 360° feedback for single work groups comprising staff ranging from APS level 5 through to SES Band 2.
LPP360 offers a range of 360° profiles to the Australian Public Service.
Our profiles provide feedback based on the Integrated Leadership System (ILS), Strategic Intelligence as well as Emotional and Social Intelligence.
