About
Leadership Performance Profiles Pty Ltd (LPP360) specialises in 360° feedback instruments for the Australian public sector. LPP360 was established in 2009 and grew out of a partnership between two affiliate companies, Auckland-based Team Leadership Services (TLS) and the Centre for Public Management (CPM).
All of LPP360's 360° feedback instruments were developed by TLS and first piloted on CPM's leadership and management development programs. The first instrument, the Executive Leadership Profile (ELP) was launched in 2002 and the most recent, the Emotional and Social Intelligence Profile (ESIP) was launched in 2009.
LPP360's instruments are used by a wide range of consultants with their public sector clients.
LPP360 is headed by Barry Poppleton as Managing Director and Ms Wendy Knight as Profiles Coordinator.
With a range of five 360° feedback profiles, including several that have been in use for over five years, we have a robust and varied range of products.
