LPP 360° - Accreditation

Accreditation

Accreditation

One-day group accreditation workshops in the use of LPP360's five feedback instruments and the two associated capability frameworks are organised periodically by LPP360 and are held in Canberra. However, workshops can also be arranged on an 'in-house' basis for small numbers of facilitators, either in the client's own premises or at an alternative venue in Canberra.

Under certain circumstances individual accreditations can be arranged, typically when a facilitator wishes to use the instruments at short notice. Such accreditations, which typically involve pre-reading and other preparation, can usually be done within 2-3 hours.

The purpose of accreditation is to ensure that accredited facilitators understand the design and structuring of the five instruments and to enable LPP360 to pass on lessons learned over the past 7-8 years in their use with different groups of Australian public servants.

Accredited facilitators receive copies of:

  1. the ELP/TLP/SLP/ESIP/SIP Facilitator's Guide;

  2. Powerpoint presentations on the ELP, TLP, SLP & SIP (both in hard form and electronically);

  3. hard copies of the Workbooks;

  4. hard copies of the profile questionnaires; and

  5. both hard and electronic copies of the standard instruction emails used to advise participants about the arrangements for completing the instruments and also of the order form and standard participant letter.

Updates of the above resource materials are provided to accredited facilitators through a secure website.

The fee for accreditation is $890 per facilitator including a range of print and digital resource materials.
