Frameworks
The development of two of LPP360's instruments, the Emotional and Social and Intelligence Profile (ESIP) and the Strategic Intelligence Profile (SIP) required the development of purpose-designed capability frameworks.
These had to tie in with the Integrated Leadership System (ILS) and reflect the APS working environment.
Emotional and Social Intelligence Capability Framework
The Emotional and Social Intelligence Capability Framework (ESICF) offers a model for understanding Emotional and Social Intelligence.

Strategic Intelligence Capability Framework
The Strategic Intelligence Capability Framework (SICF) seeks to establish a shared understanding of what constitutes strategic intelligence.
